Mr. Gill is also the President of AJS Management Corp, a company that provides restructuring services to private and public companies and CEO of Epic Mining, a private mining company.

Kraft is the President of Buckingham Group Limited, a private merchant banking corporation and President of MPK Inc., a private business consulting corporation to both private and public corporations since 1994. He is also the President & Chief Executive Officer of Lingo Media Inc., a publisher of English language learning products and programs for the educational school market focused in China and has served in that capacity since its inception in 1996.Mr. Kraft has also been the President and co-founder of Lingo Media Ltd., a subsidiary of Lingo Media Inc. since 1994. He is also a director of JM Capital Corp. since June 2006 and Pioneering Technology Inc. since July 2006. Mr. Kraft received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University in 1985.
